Goods are delivered in the following ways:
LP Express 24h self-service terminal service. The package of the product(s) is sent to the self-service terminal of your choice (List of locations). The package is collected from the self-service terminal of your choice after receiving information and security codes via SMS to the specified phone number. The package reaches the terminal within 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment.
Omniva 24h self-service terminal service. The package of the product(s) is sent to the self-service terminal of your choice (List of locations). The package is collected from the self-service terminal of your choice after receiving information and security codes via SMS to the specified phone number. The package reaches the terminal within 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment.
DPD 24h self-service terminal service. The package of the goods(s) is sent to the self-service terminal of your choice (List of locations). The package is collected from the self-service terminal of your choice after receiving information and security codes via SMS to the specified phone number. The package reaches the terminal within 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment.
Courier service. The product(s) package is sent to your chosen address, home, work or other desired location. Before delivering the product(s) package, the courier will contact you at the phone number provided.
You can pick up the goods in Vilnius by arranging the pick-up time and location in advance.
Delivery of goods
When ordering goods, the buyer must provide the exact delivery address.
The Buyer must accept the goods themselves. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding the goods delivered to the wrong person.
The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions.
The characteristics of all goods sold are indicated in the description of each item. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase and sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer shall be refunded to the Buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer.
Product return policy
Return of goods
Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold low-quality goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced, and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this point does not apply if a defective item is returned);
The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
The product must be unused and in good condition: the label must be intact, the protective film must not be torn off, etc. (this point does not apply if a poor-quality product is returned);
The returned product must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of a returned product of poor quality);
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods have not been met;
The return of goods is carried out in the manner determined by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply if the goods are of poor quality - in such a case, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Part 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code;
The money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but later rejected shall be returned to the Buyer's account no later than 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
